great location but room comfort could improve
The location was fantastic, just a short metro ride away from main attractions. I really appreciated the polite cleaning staff I encountered on my floor. Having filtered water outside the lifts was a nice touch that made things convenient. the breakfast spread was impressive, particularly with the fresh gluten-free options. My partner and I loved trying local pastries as we enjoyed our mornings together!
The room could have been more comfortable overall.

I woudl ve been impressed if the bathroom had proper air circulation—breathing fresh air is apparently too much to ask for. the room wasn’t cleaned regularly, which is quite shocking for a hotel of this so-called 'quality. ' I almost thought about leaving a good review but then remembered the dreadful experience.

It was just a proper fit for a couple of nights in Prague with value for money. The room was good-sized but had tired carpets. Best to have a backup for your key card since they could malfunction anytime.

It all depends on your needs
The staff were incredibly helpful , and the breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh omelettes. The kids loved the fun corner with Xbox and Lego, making it perfect for family stays.
Room cleaning was inconsistent, and I experienced issues with room access cards, which required multiple trips to the front desk. The air conditioning also struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature.

Perfect place to explore Prague!
Just back from a fab 2-night stay. Our room was super spacious with a balcony, ideal for morning coffee. The staff were so friendly and gave us great tips on local spots. Breakfast was a nice mix, especially loved trying some Czech pastries! The balcony could've used a bit of a clean, tho.

the hotel had a perfect location close to wenceslas square and other attractions. our room was decent and comfy. The staff were really friendly. breakfast was the highlight with gluten-free options and a great variety. the pool was clean and fun for a quick dip. solving our shampoo issue was super quick, thumbs up for that.
the air con in the room didn’t really work well, so it got uncomfortably warm. also, the towels looked a bit worn out and not fresh.
